Having a blog like this and not a single post about Kate would be just plain wrong – so let’s change that with a Halloween special from Kates Playground!
Kate dressed up as a sexy little nurse with white stockings a black high heels – she even got herself a patient! And tools to… uhm… treat him. Well, I guess I wouldn’t want her to be my nurse then, but it’s hard to resist, isn’t it?
